During her time studying Creative Producing at the UNCSA School of Filmmaking, Alexia learned how focusing on one person’s story within the setting of larger-level issues can unite people from different backgrounds behind the same mission. This approach combines classic fiction storytelling techniques with nonfiction subjects to enhance emotional engagement and empathy.

Alexia is currently based out of Brooklyn, NY. When not working on a project, she follows where her curiosity takes her, like learning new languages, rock climbing, psychology, and interior design.
